Terms & Conditions

All bookings are to be made by adults.A deposit of £50.00 is required for advance bookings,usually by cheque made payable to PF PROPERTIES.The balance of any booking is due one month before arrival.Last minute bookings will be taken but must be paid for in full before arrival.

Cash in UK pounds,euros or US Dollars are all acceptable for payments.If a cancellation is necessary,please advise us as soon as possible. If more than one month before arrival, your deposit will be refunded. If less than one month before arrival,the deposit will not be refunded,but the remainder of the total cost will be returned if the property has been relet.

Your insurance may cover you for the loss. For safety reasons and for comfort the maximum occupation of each cottage is as follows;Dairy-4 adults and 2 children(under 12),Shippon- 6 Adults and 1 child(under 12),Farm 6 Adults.These numbers can not be increased.

All bed linen and towels are provided.A welcome supply of tea,coffee sugar and milk is supplied + a little of all else you might need(soap,dishwasher tabs,washing powder,condiments etc). Arrival time is 3.30pm.Departure time is 10.30am. Please advise of late arrival for collecting of keys.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage done above normal wear and tear.
